Annual report 2020

This year we focused on finding additional communication channels and activities to engage participants to reduce feelings of isolation and anxiety at the peak of social isolation. We launched 5 new initiatives and successfully conducted 4 campaigns.

We held unforgettable Award Ceremonies in Svishtov, Sofia and Varna, and due to the pandemic situation we held additional local ceremonies in Karnobat, Targovishte, Nessebar and Burgas to celebrate the success of young people in a special way.


Annual report 2019

Following an audit by the International Foundation, a full license was granted to the organization. We have developed a mechanism for support and development of Licensed Operators. Research tools on the effect of the Award have been translated, adapted and introduced. We held our first regional ceremony at  Bronze level, hosted by a licensed organization.


Annual report 2018

We held our first Gold Award Ceremony. We implemented a successful licensing campaign with a total of 77 applicant schools, from which we licensed 18 organizations. We were ISO 9001 certified for the Leader training course. We held a National Award Ceremony at the Bronze and Silver level, achieved by 125 young people.


Annual report 2017

We have developed and introduced a regional structure for the region of Varna . We licensed 12 new organizations and added 2 new cities to our scope. 118 new Leaders have undergone a training course. We held a National Award Ceremony for participants.


Annual report 2016

We worked actively on 2 projects, mainly supporting the work of the Award for young people with special needs. We developed and received approval for a Special Development Project in Varna as a Regional Center of the Award. We started working with 12 new Licensed Organizations and added 3 new cities to our scope.

An Adventurous Journey coordinator, who developed detailed procedures for organising the AJ, joined the team and 13 adventure trips were organised for the young people.
